Music making is, by its very nature, a group activity and all guitarists must learn to play and interact with others to reach their full potential. We have a series of small guitar groups about to start on Tuesdays and Wednesdays which are age banded for children (8yrs+), teenagers and adults.
How much are the groups?
All of our group sessions (3 or more students) last for 40 minutes and run every week during the school term. We also offer shared lessons (2 students) which last for 30 minutes. Both shared and group Lessons cost £12.50 per session. Additional family members (same household) pay £10 per lesson (a 20% discount).

How do the groups work?
Group and Shared lessons take place in our music studios at Insole Court, Llandaff in Cardiff on Tuesday evenings.
Our guitar groups introduce children and adults to the basics of acoustic and electric guitar technique. All students have to work towards internationally recognised qualifications. It takes around 20 weeks to get to the first level (Debut) and higher grades (6 and above) carry UCAS points,
Who is the teacher?
Pete Mathieson is a hugely experienced teacher, guitarist and examiner.
